Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assemble products per assembly process specifications.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, both verbally and in writing.
  • Work in a team environment with a positive attitude and support the success of the team.
  • Assemble, terminate, and wire electrical panels and electrical boxes using the specified tooling and approved workmanship standards, including complete installation into enclosures.
  • Work with written instructions, mechanical drawings, bills of materials, wire run lists.
  • Perform point to point wiring on a variety of electrical panels and power distribution electrical boxes using company supplied hand tools, such as crimpers and wire strippers.
  • Work with groups ranging from 2-8 people.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED, prefer technical school or equivalent experience.
  • Good communication skills (English), both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, focus, and highest standards for quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience wiring electrical panels and/or electrical sub-assemblies.
  • Experience with hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, tape measures, wrenches, and torque wrenches.
Working Environment
  • Approximately 90% of the work is performed in a precision, light industrial production area. The remaining time will be spent in office and warehouse areas.
Physical Requirements
  • While performing the duties of the job, the associate is regularly required to stand for an extended amount of time, walk and reach with hands and arms.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
