Your responsibilities will include preventive maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment from various manufacturers that are in hospitals and healthcare facilities. You will be expected to demonstrate your technical prowess by diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for the equipment, and maintaining optimal service levels for the customers you support.Veterans with a strong background in technical problem-solving and troubleshooting systems will excel in this role. You will be working with both internal company teams and the customers to provide real-time support, guidance, and issue resolution. Effective communication and collaboration are key, as you will need to ensure swift problem resolution, follow-up, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
