All whileunderstanding that **together** we are even better.**Schedule:** 2 days per weekMondays either 830am-5pm or 230pm-11pm and Friday 230pm-11pm, 1 weekend permonth 230pm-11pm or 10pm-630am**Location:** AdventHealth Hospital Bolingbrook**The role you'll contribute:**Performs computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease andinjury according to protocols established by radiologists.**The value you'll bring to the team:*** Prepares and positions patients and selects anatomic and technical parameters accurately.* Prepares and administers contrast media andor medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.* Observes patient during procedure and reports abnormal activity. Monitors protocols and recommends updates or refinements as warranted.* Follows radiation safety procedures and guidelines.* Assists in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly department to include procedure rooms, storage areas, dressing rooms, film storage area and any other areas in department.Qualifications**The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:*** Graduate of a 2-year allied health program preferred.* BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.* Radiology Technician credentialed from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.* Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required* Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred.* CT experience preferred.This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal,state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
