Caregiver must have NYS X-Ray license with contrast injection and current BLS. ARRT verification required. Must have minimum of 1 year of current experience in current field. EPIC experience required. PREVIOUS COUNTY RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. THIS FACILITY WILL CONSIDER LOCAL CAREGIVERS (50 MILES OR LESS) AT A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $10 OFF CURRENT BILL RATE. YOU MUST CLEARLY DOCUMENT CARGEIVER IS LOCAL DURING SUBMISSION. THE FACILITY CAN CANCEL UP TO 5 SHIFTS PER CONTRACT.Requirements:At least two years recent experience in field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per the state of assignment. For additional and specialty-specific requirement, please contact work every 3rd weekendBill-rate-note:6% admin fee, see updated agreement for new increased additional rates.
