*Job Details:**Job Title:* CT Technologist*Unit:* Radiology Diagnostic*Locations Available:* Jamaica, NY 11432*Duration:* 13 weeks*Shift:* 5x8s (Nights: 12:00 am to 8:00 am) (40 hours per week)*Experience Required:*2-years of recent experience as CT Technologist required.*Job Description:** Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues.* Appropriately positioning patients to scan specific areas of their bodies.* Performing regular warm-up sequences on the CT scanner to prolong the life of the X-ray tubes.* Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.* Correctly interpreting doctors' written scanning instructions.* Administering radiocontrast agents to patients to enhance the visibility of internal organs and tissues.* Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.*Education:*Bachelor's or associate degree in radiologic technology required.*Requirements:** A valid license as a radiologic technologist issued by the NYSDOH* ARRT* BLS (AHA)* Covid Vaccination*About Talent4Health:*Talent4Health is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
