Additional Information About the RoleBJC HealthCare is now hiring a Full-time CT Technologist at our Alton Memorial Hospital location. Position Details: $5,000.00 Sign on Bonus Full-time (2 openings available)Overnight36 hours per week12 hour Shifts, 3 days a week 6:30pm- 7:00amEvery 4th weekend OverviewSince 1937, Alton Memorial Hospital has cared for residents in Alton, Illinois, and the surrounding communities in a five-county area. The CT Department prides itself on being able to offer quality care Close to Home.Preferred QualificationsRole PurposePerforms diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control. ResponsibilitiesPrepares patient and equipment for procedures.Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.Minimum RequirementsEducationAssociate or Trade School EquiExperienceNo ExperienceSupervisor ExperienceNo ExperienceLicenses & CertificationsIEMA - Illinois only, excl MRIRTR,CT,MR,M,BD,CI,VI,RCIS,RCESPreferred RequirementsExperience.
