This individual interacts with patients of all ages. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: High School graduate or equivalent. Satisfactory completion of a formal program of radiologic technology in an A.M.A. approved school. Licensure/Registration/Certification:Must hold a current NYS license to practice radiologic technology. Must be registered with the ARRT or registry eligible. Work Experience:Past experience as a radiologic technologist desired, but new graduates acceptable. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and position patients with adequate assistance and must be able to lift heavy files (25 to 50 lbs).
