Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree; and
- Have two-years of full-time wage-earning experience in one or more of the marketing occupations as required by certification (Statement of Qualification Form (SOQ) through an alternative certification program); or
- Valid Texas Marketing or Business Certificate; and
- Demonstrated competency in the subject area assigned.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge of career and technical education subject assigned
- General knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience:
- Two or more years of wage-earning experience in the area of certification
