Description
Description The CTL Associate III conducts clinical research under minimal supervision. This position authors or revises SOPs that are technically sound, provides clear instructions to align with cGMP requirements and support efficient operations, conducts cell-based assays with ability to independently solve issues and optimize protocols. The CTL Associate III completes additional tasks as assigned.

(Required)Master's Degree (Preferred)Minimum Work Experience2 years 2 years of progressive experience. (Required)2 years At least 2 years of experience in a clinical lab or GMP/GLP setting. (Required)1 year Supervisory experience. (Preferred)Required Skills/KnowledgeExcellent aseptic/sterile techniques while working in clean rooms for manufacturing.Demonstrated ability to think critically with proven troubleshooting and analytical skills.Capable of training others with clear instructions and technical expertise.Ability to operate and use multiple flow cytometers.Functional AccountabilitiesResponsible Conduct of Research
