Job LocationThis position is located on-site in Yankton, SD where there are plenty of fun indoor and outdoor adventures to do such as waterfront trails, parks to visit, and we are home of the Mount Marty Lancers. What you will be doing:Collaborates with multi-disciplined teams to develop, execute, and maintain Division's regional ITAR, Export Control, and CUI (controlled unclassified information) standards, documentation, and procedures.Creates and Maintains CUI and ITAR Policies, processes, proceduresOversee and Coordinate handling and labeling of CUICoordinate technical data review for export complianceConduct self-assessments (audits) and report resultsProject management tracking and Compliance reportingTraining and Research to keep updated with new requirementsAssist with trade compliance training sessions at divisional/plant levelReview export and import documents to ensure compliance with EAR and ITARGenerally good working conditions. May have occasional exposure to dust, noise, heat, mild chemicals, that fall below acceptable limits as established by current government standards. Safety equipment may be required. Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assignedWhat you will bring along:Bachelor's degree OR At least 5 years of related experience. Understanding of ITAR and EAR compliance requirements. Experience with ROHS, REACH, ITAR, DFARS is a major plus. Experience with complying to ISO9001/AS9001 certifications also a major plus. Must be an highly organized individual capable of professional oral and writing communication in any group setting. Shall have strong attention to detail, problem solving, data analytics, and computer/software skills.
