Line Cook Opportunity at Miles, The Prince
Miles, The Prince is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and executing our menu with precision and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our chefs in preparing and executing menu items with attention to detail and quality.
- Learn and master various kitchen stations, including garde manger, grill, sauté, and pastry.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Support other kitchen areas as needed and assist teammates in maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant restaurant or culinary experience preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to take direction from chefs and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Food handlers license preferred.
