This will be a seasonal position starting as early as Sept.1 2024, and not later than November of 2024.The individual is responsible for assisting cultivation and harvest tasks including pruning, spraying, feeding, irrigation, tagging, field maintenance, planting, fertilizing, defoliating, weighing, bucking, fan leaves, bagging, landscaping, and labeling containers. This job is outdoors. All applicants must be able to sustain long periods on their feet and in the sun and outdoor environments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is considered a physical labor position, that is best for people that are comfortable with lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds repeatedly, as well as standing, kneeling, and crouching for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to work on a farm for sustained periods in the sun and on your feet.
- Planting field, general cultivation support, and field maintenance.
- Processing cannabis flower into pre-rolls and flower units (1/8ths).
- Labeling containers.
- Repetitive motions (pruning plants, weighing flowers, processing cannabis).
- Strictly adhere to SOPs (standard operating procedures).
- Ability to adhere to tasks assigned by managers.
- Daily cleaning of the facility (bathrooms, sweeping, moping, waste removal)
- Maintaining a clean facility and safe environment.
- Eager to learn and expand one's knowledge of cannabis and outdoor agriculture.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
- Any additional tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks.
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
- At least 18 years of age.
- 2+ years of work experience preferred
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform activities for up to 8 hours a day.
- Have reliable transportation to work.
