Description The ERP Data Specialist is responsible for managing the Cultivation department's data in the enterprise resource planning ( ERP ) system, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records and conducting cycle counts of all products and raw materials. Please note: This position involves working with plant material, which may include exposure to pollen, allergens, and other plant-related substances. - Enter production data into the company's ERP system
- Ensure the accuracy of data in the ERP system and state compliance system (METRC)
- Utilize the ERP system to create or augment production orders and production kits
- Work closely with management to ensure the timely entry of data
- Perform physical inventory cycle counts and inventory RCA's
- Compile inventory reports
- Communicate any discrepancies to management
- Perform inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with Cultivation team on miscellaneous projects
- Collaborate with the Vault and Manufacturing team on deliveries from Cultivation
- Collate and report on qualitative assessments to cultivation department heads and managers

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will report directly to the Director of Cultivation and is responsible for assisting all Cultivation department managers with ERP and inventory-related matters. This position is responsible for helping others and providing on-the-job training or guidance in regards to inventory and ERP matters. This position has no direct supervisory requirements. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS) in Information Technology, Systems and Network Administration or related major or 2+ years of data management and inventory management experience. Preferred experience with the Acumatica ERP system, METRC, cannabis inventory management, data entry and data analysis. Other Qualifications:
