JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Cultivation Staff member will assist in all aspects of crop production including, but not limited to, seeding, cutting, transplanting, pruning, watering, pest and disease scouting, crop manipulation and training, building and equipment cleaning, and sterilization.
Essential Functions

Communicate with team leads to ensure crops are healthy and on-schedule.Assists in all aspects of crop production including seeding, cutting, cloning, pruning, and training.Assists in the upkeep and maintenance of a clean and sterile environment including sweeping, mopping, washing of trays and inserts, etc.Maintains biosecurity protocols and reports any breaches or questionable actions directly to Director of Cultivation.Assists in crop inspection, disease and pest reporting, and other aspects of IPM protocol.Maintains current knowledge of latest production techniques and practices.Monitors the working environment to ensure that company hygiene, and health & safety policies and procedures are complied with.Ensures compliance with state regulations for all aspects of Cannabis production.Ensures all SOPs are followed and maintained.Communicate with team leads in the development and improvement of best crop production practices to improve quality, efficiency, and yield of crops grown.May be assigned other job duties if necessary.Competencies
