Job Description:

SUMMARY:

The Cultivation Technician will work as part of the Cultivation Team to execute daily tasks including but not limited to vegetative propagation, transplant, pruning, trellising, harvesting, irrigation, IPM and cleaning/sanitizing with the goal of efficiently and effectively producing high quality cannabis flower while meeting timelines and adhering to all standards and regulations.

  • Works with the Cultivation Team to execute the production schedule.
  • Propagation: Process cuttings, Clone Maintenance, Labeling, Monitoring and Transplant
  • Plant Maintenance: Environmental Monitoring, Trellising, Pruning, Decongestion, Defoliation, Irrigation and Scouting
  • Harvest: Chopping, Plucking, Cleaning/Sanitizing and Room Reset
  • General cultivation area/tools/materials inventory, organization and maintenance
  • Ensures compliance with any and all policies and SOPs.
  • Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
