Job Summary

A Micro-Fulfillment Center (MFC) is seeking Curbside Order Fulfillment Associates to join their team. Associates are responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and staging guests' orders in various temperature environments, as well as providing exceptional guest service through mobile texting or by phone. This role also includes finalizing sales and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work station and equipment.

• Accurately select, pack, and stage guest's orders in ambient, chilled, and freezer environments.
• Verify product quality, quantity, and correct labeling for individual orders.
• Utilize handheld devices and scanning technology to track inventory movement and update status.
• Provide guest service through mobile texting or by phone.
• Unload product from delivery trucks and load orders into customer cars for pickup or trucks for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and equipment.

Experience Required: 0 to 6 months Experience Desired: Working towards a high school diploma; Retail or grocery experience Education Desired: No high school diploma required Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
