ACLC, LLC supports the Joint Interoperability Division's (JID) mission as the JCS proponent for the Joint Tactical Operations (JTO) Interface Training Program, with the objective of ensuring that operational forces can exploit the full capability of JTO Interface Systems. Support covers the full range of functions required to plan, develop, coordinate and manage the JTO training program to include courseware development and world-wide formal academic training and joint exercise support to support joint, allied and coalition air and ground forces in the employment of JTO Interface capabilities. Annually ACLC conducts approximately 30 Joint/U.S. Training Courses (CONUS and OCONUS) producing approximately 2000 graduates, and 30 Allied Training Courses (OCONUS) producing approximately 500 graduates for 10 allied nations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Course Curriculum Development subject matter expertise to support work at the JID training facility. Adequate Curriculum Development support is required to ensure little (less than 1%) to no administrative errors exist between curriculum presentations, student guides, and tests. Additional Curriculum Development support is required to ensure quarterly approved JID Curriculum Review Board (CRB) curriculum updates to lesson content, new UJTLs, objectives, standards, conditions, or instructional methods are accomplished prior to the next CRB.
- Provide Curriculum Development expertise to support curriculum revisions, analytics, design, courseware development, conversion for use in distant learning (as required), implementation plan(s), instructional quality to support all curriculum revisions and needs along with multimedia enhancements as required and/or requested.
- Edit and provide Curriculum Development standardization of lesson plans, instructor plans, student workbooks, practical exercises, student guides, examinations, and other JID courseware materials as defined by the contract.
- Manage implementation of Curriculum Development processes for certification of the JTO Interface Training Program, to include:
- Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training program curricula, content, and courseware IAW the principles of Curriculum Development.
- Manage and update Curriculum Development documentation requirements and management plans and processes. Develop, produce, standardize, and distribute Multi-TDL courseware and training materials. Assist in the managing and scheduling of JID instructors, and instructor training.
- Analyze relevant media and develop course strategies and evaluation plans. Evaluate end-of-course reports and recommend changes.
- Maintain files for documentation of courseware configuration management. Establish a trend analysis program to identify deficiencies in the current curriculum and recommendations of new courseware.
- Manage the development of synchronous distance learning, and Asynchronous web-based training. Manage the development of the Integrated Master Annual Schedule.
- Manage development and maintenance of the Instructor Training Plan.
- Consult with customers as required.
- Proactively prioritize efforts to meet course schedule, budget, and quality standards. Interface with the Site Manager, SME's, and others as required to confirm instructional methods, training requirements, and sequences are being followed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in instructional design/technology, learning sciences, education, or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience in Multi-TDL and /or JICO tools
- Minimum of (5) years professional experience in systematic approaches to curriculum development
- Minimum of (5) years of operational experience in military aviation and maintenance operations
- Experience designing and creating self-paced, interactive instructional content.
- Experience in applying instructional design expertise in ways that transform products, services, and development processes
- Expertise in conceiving multiple design solutions and articulating solutions
- Strong customer interfacing skills and business acumen
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Experience with Learning Content Management Systems such as Outstart Evolution
- Secret Security Clearance

The physical demands that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job include sitting for extended periods and travel to CONUS and OCONUS training locations.
