Position Type: Maintenance/Custodial/CustodianDate Posted: 4/22/2024Location: Carrollton Public SchoolsDate Available: ASAPDistrict: Carrollton Public Schools - websiteTHE FOLLOWING POSITION IS AVAILABLE IN CARROLLTON PUBLIC SCHOOL CUSTODIALSUMMARY OF POSITION: 40 Hours per week RESPONSIBILITIES: General cleaning duties such as: Cleaning restrooms, offices, cafeterias, Vacuuming, mopping, waxing and polishing floors, Emptying waste receptacles, Dusting and disinfecting areas Setups/ teardowns when needed Other duties as assigned throughout the district REPORTS TO: Facilities Director/Administration COMPENSATION: According to the MEA Support Master Agreement. QUALIFICATIONS: Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Provide references who can attest to:

Thoroughness in cleaning technique

Reliability

Honesty

Work ethic

Ability to get along well with others

Flexibility

Satisfactorily pass a law enforcement background check including fingerprints.

Personal and professional reference background check.

Receive a satisfactory response to a P.A. 189 letter (Misconduct Law).

Must be able to lift 75 pounds.

Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.
