We are seeking an individual who wants to be a part of our winning team. We are looking for the right person to join our Stamford, CT group in the role of custodial.ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Maintains cleanliness in our corporate building and on the property. Daily sweeping, mopping, and sanitization of many floors. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors. Gathers and empties trash, cardboard, and delivery cartons. Ensures that restrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked. Provides a clean and sanitized environment including ceilings, walls, floors, and baseboards. Cleans and sanitizes equipment. Cleans and maintains windows, mirrors, and glass doors. Preparation for cleaning, according to instructions.QualificationsSkills/Competencies required Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures. Ability to stand, walk, and bend as needed to perform job duties. Ability to perform repetitive motion for long periods of time when needed. Experience with cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor scrubber, and cleaning solutions. Knowledge of occupational hazards safety rules. Good communication skills. Other Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
