Responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, and restoration of parish properties that include the church, parish hall, parish offices and rectory. The job requires: General routine cleaning and preventative maintenance of meeting rooms, offices, hall, and simple interior and exterior repairs. Includes floors, carpets, desks, windows and walls. Emptying trash, stock & maintaining supply rooms. Upkeep of Church restrooms which includes cleaning urinals & toilets, washing windows and mirrors, floors, doors and vestibules. Restocking all dispensers. Setting up & Break down of furniture & equipment for special events. Assist with maintenance of grounds and sprinkler system. Keeping parking lots clean and emptying trash cans. Other assigned tasks Provide support to the Facilities Director Requirements Practicing Catholic with a current Virtus Certificate and Live.
