As the Custodial Services Manager, you will provide custodial support by directing and managing custodial personnel. This includes assisting the Government team with recycling programs, identifying innovative solutions, and driving operational efficiencies.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Be responsible for directing and managing all custodial personnel and the work effort for all custodial services
* Assist the Government in managing the recycling program
* Assist the Government with finding innovative solutions to custodial services, including reviewing new products, methods, and services available to the Government.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
* A high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma or equivalent
* 10 years' experience in facilities management or custodial related work
* Experience managing a staff of at least 75 personnel
* Hold CIMS and CMM Certifications
* Hold OSHA Safety Certificate
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience managing a facility over 1,000,000 SF
* Experience as a manager working with labor unions
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
