- Daily housekeeping for Britten facilities.
- Vacuums, spot cleans, and extracts carpet as necessary.
- Cleans and services floors, lavatories, break rooms, offices.
- Collects, bags and disposes of trash.
- Ensures proper care and use of supplies and equipment.
- Maintains facilities and equipment so they are safe, clean and sanitary.
- Works with other facility team members to accomplish tasks.
- Works with facilities team to track supplies.
- Notifies Housekeeping Manager or Director of facilities of potential problems.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Britten is a fast-paced manufacturing environment with several buildings, we hustle, you will be on your feet most of the day.
- Must have the ability to interact with, say yes to, and build up all the employees at Britten.
- Some light lifting is involved, safety always comes first.
- You will work with the entire facilities team and other operations managers.
- Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Standing. Particularly for sustained periods of time.
- Feeling. Perceiving attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature or texture by touching with skin, particularly that of fingertips.
- Visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
- Subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
- Talking. Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
