TITLE: Custodial Support

REPORTS TO: Assistant Security and Facilities Administration Officer
CLASSIFICATION: Full Time, Non-Exempt
PAY GRADE: NE 10 ($16.45 - 22.24 per hour)
AVAILABILITY: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Position Summary:
Performs general duties related to cleaning and maintenance of Pioneer properties.
Essential Job Functions:
+ Perform janitorial duties to assigned Pioneer office locations during business and non-business hours.
+ Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens and breakrooms, clean and dust employee workspaces.
+ Clean and tidy waiting areas, coffee stations and customer waiting furniture.
+ Empty trash and recycling receptacles and remove to designated exterior containers.
+ Mop hard surface floors to remove dust, stains, or spillage.
+ Vacuum all carpeted areas and walk off mats.
+ Clean entrance door glass, interior glass windows and partition glass.
+ Restock all paper products, hand soap and hand sanitizers.
+ Use and maintain assigned equipment such as mops, vacuums, brooms, etc.
+ Follow safety instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.
+ Perform cleaning and related activities such as removing snow or debris from sidewalks and outside stairs.
Education & Experience:
+ High School Degree preferred.
+ Must be able to lift 75 to 100 pounds.
+ Ability to use floor machines and vacuum cleaner.
+ Must have own transportation, or access to reliable transportation on short notice.
+ Must have valid driver's license plus ability to maintain this throughout employment.
