We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Janitorial and Custodial support person will routinely clean and sanitize the interior and exterior of the facility maintaining building presentation and safety excellence. Performing routine interior tasks inclusive of deep cleaning, surface cleaning, trash control and inventory support. The Facility Support Person will also operate the floor cleaners, and other cleaning equipment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Operate a variety of janitorial equipment to maintain cleanliness of the property
- Execute and complete scheduled cleaning in various areas of the facility
- Maintain a professional, cooperative working relationship with management and all co-workers
- Perform the job in accordance with all applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines (i.e. OSHA standards) to promote a safe working environment
- Recognize, react, resolve and report any safety issues or concerns
- Ensure the appropriate inventory systems, records, files, material safety data sheets, cleaning supplies, equipment and tools are maintained
- May perform additional duties as assigned by management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task
- Knowledge of safety rules, hazards, and able to apply accident prevention measures
- Able to work flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a valid driver's license
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors
- Facility has intermittent noise
