ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completing daily tasks on time
- Sweep and scrub shop floors.
- Change and wash filters in AC units, Robo-vents & RTU's.
- Collect garbage and cardboard to place into compactors.
- Keeping all office and shop areas clean to ensure proper operation.
- Daily cleaning and sanitizing of all bathroom facilities, including toilets, sinks and showers windows, mirrors.
- Restock necessary items such as soap and paper products and order supplies when needed.
- Set- up for employee lunches and other employee appreciation events.
- Other job duties as assigned per the needs of the Company.
- Maintains compliance with company safety, OSHA, and customer-specific safety standards.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must pass required background check and drug screen.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Excellent work attendance and attitude
- Demonstrate teamwork by working well with others, offering assistance, responding positively to constructive feedback.
- Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role
- Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances
- Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components
- Attention to detail and conscientiousness
