Maintain immediate areas around the assigned building exterior doors up to curb to keep them clear of snow, ice and debris, due to the fire code.2. Wash interior and exterior windows and removes graffiti as necessary.3. Performs regular custodial duties in the buildings.4. Empty trash receptacles inside and outside doorways daily and keep them clean as needed. Removes trash from the buildings daily.5. Assist visiting members of the public who are utilizing the facilities.6. Check schedule daily to provide necessary assistance to support curricular and extra-curricular events.7. Thoroughly clean all surfaces in restrooms.8. Maintain custodial closets in a neat and orderly manner.9. Keep inventory of all supplies.10. Perform general cleanup - any and all incidents as they arise.11. Prepare work orders using the web-based work order system of the district.12. Occasionally work from elevated surfaces while conducting overhead cleaning.13. Keep all necessary items such as but not limited to windows, air locks, chalk/eraser boards, lockers, furniture, and display cases clean at all times.14. Check daily to insure all doors and windows are locked / unlocked as needed.15. Report any major repair need or other deficiencies to the supervisor.16.
