Their duties include vacuuming floors, sanitizing restroom facilities and collecting trash to ensure the building's occupants have a clean space.Essential Job Functions The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties; however, it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. Provides daily cleaning and various general maintenance servicesMaintains a neat and orderly janitor's room; ensuring cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and breakrooms including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming and shampooing floors.Ensures facility and other public areas are free from debris and in good conditionAssists in examining the work area for safety hazards; report deficiencies to the Manager in a timely manner.Reports major damages to Manager.Oversees and pro-actively cleans and sets up conference rooms in preparation for company business needs, including moving tables, chairs, whiteboards, podiums, beverages stocked in refrigerators, etc.Reports the need for minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing lighting fixtures, painting or unclogging pipesEmpties trash and recyclables into the designated receptacles. Performs seasonal grounds maintenance including picking up debris, mowing, picking weeds, trimming and snow removal utilizing lawn & snow equipment and other tools as needed.Utilizes insecticides to prevent infestation by dangerous pests.Completes minor maintenance of facility and office equipment, including fixing broken switches, fixing door handles, cleaning indoor and outdoor windowsTransports various items (tools, equipment, supplies) to other Menasha facilitiesMoves and rearranges office equipment as required Assures all tasks are performed in a safe manner, and comply with all company, local, state, and federal requirements Maintains knowledge of new and existing SDS sheets and OSHA standards to help ensure a safe working environment Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's licenseSome relevant experience preferredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities •Strong customer service skills •Strong organizational skills •Ability to multi-task •Detail oriented •Valid driver's license •Ability to be on feet for a large portion of the day •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis Physical Requirements & Work Environment •Primarily works in an office setting with time spent outdoors including inclement weather •Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. •Frequent walking and standing required •Frequent kneeling, crouching and bending required Work HoursMonday-Friday, 3 pm - 11 pmPay Range: $16.50-18 per hourTwo companies, one vision.Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
