**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:**

- Assists the maintenance technicians when needed.

- Operate, as needed, the floor washer to keep the plant floor clean.

- Walks the plant property picking up trash every day.

- Grounds maintenance

- Maintain lawn (mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding)

- Painting rails and equipment

- Must be prepared to work elsewhere as directed by supervision.

- Must wear and use properly assigned personal protective equipment based on the job performed.

**Minimum Requirements and Responsibilities:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

- Previous janitorial experience needed.

- Understand blood borne pathogens issues.

- Work environment will be dusty and result in becoming unclean.

- Zero progressive discipline in the last 6 months.

- Zero attendance issues.

- Positive safety attitude.
