Remove laundry from living areas; may assist with delivery of clean linen and personals to resident's rooms. Empty trash containers, carpet care including vacuuming, spot removal & shampooing and perform other floor cleaning duties; mop, buff and wax when necessary.Requirements/ QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: No specific education, training, or experience is required for entry to this class.Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge and cleaning experience in commercial business, hospital, medical building or long term care facility; Experience with floor care such as: high & low speed buffers, carpet extractor, auto scrubber, and floor scrubber.Other: Ability to operate heavy commercial cleaning equipment and to move/lift up to 75 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs.
