Assignments may include keeping exterior walkways clear of debris and snow. This position works 4 pm - 12:30 am shift.A summary of the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Custodian/Housekeeping Services - Office and common area cleaning including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, multi-surface cleaning, brass cleaning and polishing, hard-surface floor cleaning and recycling. Restrooms cleaning including trash removal, fixtures, stocking supplies, sweeping and mopping.Emergency response and other duties as assigned - Position may be called upon for additional duties that may include snow removal, emergency response and assistance (such as a flooded floor), inventory counts, meetings, and assisting other trades with various projects.Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions, Conditions of Employment & Appeal Rights*A Human Resources Analyst will only review the work experience/job duties sections of the online job application to determine whether you meet the minimum qualifications for the position for which you are applying.
