**Job Summary/Basic Function**

Under close supervision, perform cleaning and maintenance of designated area for Housing and Residential Life. Sweep, mop, and buff floors and corridors, vacuum carpets, wash windows, polish furniture and clean woodwork, clean restrooms and perform other related duties as assigned.

**Required Education**

High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.

**Required Related Experience**

Six (6) months custodial experience. Knowledge of material and equipment used in custodial and minor maintenance work.
