We are seeking a Custodian/Janitor to join our growing team and maintain the cleanliness at our automotive dealership located in Putnam County. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm **What We Offer**

**Responsibilities**
* Keep dealerships in clean and orderly condition.
* Perform any combination of the following duties: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office spaces.
* Use machinery to clean showroom floor, dust entire facility, and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen.
* Empty trash and garbage containers.
* Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical and other maintenance activities using hand tools.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Performs various maintenance and custodial duties such as installation and repair to fixtures in
* Troubleshoots and repairs minor plumbing and electrical problems; replaces a variety of light bulbs and lighting accessories.
* Performs preventative maintenance in and around facilities.
**Qualifications**
* Experience in working within a customer service role
* Positive attitude, can-do mentality and eager to improve
* Previous janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred
* Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
