Immediate Supervisor: Custodial Supervisor Job Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Specific Duties: 1. Clean classrooms, department offices and teacher's lounge/workrooms 2. Clean ceiling vents. 3. Lock all doors and secure all windows. 4. Clean restrooms. 5. Clean stairways, entrances, and hallways. 6. Clean music room, home economics area, shop area, administrative offices, and library/media center. 7. Clean locker rooms and physical education rooms and offices 8. Clean gymnasium/auditorium. 9. Clean outside entrance/exit, sidewalks and dumpster areas. 10. Perform minor repairs as needed. 11. Inform the Supervisor of items that are in need of repair. 12. Keep all custodial carts and closets neat and in proper order. 13. Inform the Supervisor of any needed equipment or supplies. 14. Ensure that all entrances are locked or unlocked at the proper times according to given times from the Custodial Supervisor or Superintendent. 15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Custodial Supervisor or Superintendent.
