Job Summary These positions are at UWMs Waukesha campus.

Reporting to the Custodial Services Program Supervisor, custodians will work in a team-based environment and will have a diverse set of responsibilities. These positions will provide custodial services to maintain the cleanliness of the campus buildings, perform facility set-up and furniture and equipment placements, conduct grounds and outdoor work, monitor fleet vehicles for proper care and maintain their availability for use, conduct routine safety and security checks, and perform building maintenance. Occasional unscheduled overtime may be required for snow removal and/or emergency cleanup.

Scheduled Shift: 4:00 p.m.- 12:30 a.m. Monday through Friday Minimum Qualifications The ability able to work on a scaffold at heights up to 30 feet

Possess the willingness to perform work outside in the heat or cold

Possess the ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds

Possess the willingness to clean public restrooms

The ability to work 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Monday through Friday Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated customer service experience

Floor care experience

Carpet care experience

Restroom / locker room sanitation experience
