This position is a full-time, 12-month permanent position. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED and previous custodial/maintenance experience preferred. This position requires general cleaning responsibilities throughout the building, including, but not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and mopping. Snow removal will also be a responsibility when needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds or more; have the ability to stand on feet for extended periods; physically able to lift, bend, stoop, and reach; climb ladders; engage in overhead work; and capable of performing manual labor.
