SUMMARY: Keeps the courthouse and other office buildings in clean and orderly condition.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Opens and closes buildingsRaise and lower flagsDusts, sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors, cleans stairs and office spaceWashes windows, walls, and doorsVacuums and shampoos carpetsEmpties trash cansCleans and scrubs toilets, urinals, and wash basinsShovels snowRuns errands as assignedOther duties may be assignedQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
