Maintenance Temecula, California Minimum Experience **Entry-level** We are looking for a reliable and flexible addition to our team who will assist in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior winery cleanliness and general grounds keeping. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Preserve public and common areas of the property in a clean, neat, and attractive condition

* Maintain outside grounds by mowing, edging, and clipping

* Keeping courtyard, patios, public areas, parking lots, and driveways clean and free of debris

* Window cleaning, painting, and touch ups as needed.

* General maintenance service requests and repairs

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

* Able to read, speak, and write English

* Available on weekends and holidays

* Experience with typical hand and power tools used to perform assigned tasks

* Ability to move up to 50 pounds

* Work outdoors in variable temperature conditions
