: Job Details :

Position Purpose: Cleans offices, conference rooms, break rooms, bathrooms, hallways, stairways of assigned buildings on a consistent basis Essential Responsibilities Sweeps, mops and polish floors in rooms and hall Limited window/glass washing of interior & exterior doors. Dusts and/or polishes furniture, blinds, and equipment Cleans restrooms and fills dispensers Vacuum and spot clean rugs, carpets, and furniture using commercial-type vacuum cleaners and cleaning products. Reports malfunction of bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, and/or damages to room and hall furnishings to supervisor for repair/maintenance. Stocks area with appropriate supplies Moves furniture, equipment, or fixtures as required. Washes dishes or utensils as requiredKnowledge | Skills | Abilities Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, techniques, and standards Skill in using cleaning products and equipment Skill in following verbal and written instructionsQualifications High School diploma 3 years of custodial or cleaning experience preferred Work Environment Work Hours 3P-11P Sitting/Standing/Kneeling/Bending Lifting up to 30 lbs.
