Position: Custodian Location: Cincinnati Premier Living in Cincinnati, Ohio Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Who You Are:
- Essentials: MUST have a valid driver's license, a reliable truck or van, and auto insurance.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant experience and a basic understanding of custodial duties.
- Skills: Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment.
- Physical Abilities: Capable of lifting 50 pounds and climbing numerous flights of stairs.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer and/or smartphone skills.
- Compliance: Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered the position.
What You'll Do as a Custodian:
- Cleaning Tasks: Clean hallways, stairs, common areas, elevators, and office spaces.
- Detail Work: Dust furniture and fixtures, and sanitize restrooms to ensure cleanliness.
- Maintenance Support: Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment throughout the property.
