The Custodian maintains a clean building and grounds clean and performs cleaning duties for the company. The Custodian uses cleaning chemicals to maintain equipment and other supplies while dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning restrooms. Depending on location, this position may also tend to landscape. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? WHAT YOU'LL DO: Mix cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers in preparation for cleaning according to instructions. Regularly check supply levels and replenish as needed (such as toilet paper, towels, soap, chemicals, and disinfectants). Operate cleaning equipment to maintain a clean office and shop restrooms and dressing rooms including degreasing floors as needed. Perform routine cleaning duties such as dusting furniture, mopping, scrubbing, sanitizing, vacuuming floors, steam cleaning carpets, and maintaining clean restroom facilities.
