HHHunt's Foxridge Apartments is seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Custodian to join our team. The successful candidate will possess exemplary customer service skills, work well in a team environment and manage independent responsibilities in a timely manner. This position requires seasonal overtime hours, including some weekends.
**Responsibilities**
* Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community, including buildings, breezeways, clubhouses, amenity areas, and all other common areas on a daily basis
* Provide superior service to residents
* Clean apartment homes when residents move out
* Prepare apartment homes for new residents
* Deliver notices, newsletters and flyers to residents within the community
* Quality oriented: Attention to detail while meeting deadlines
HHHunt will provide a uniform to be worn during work hours. Normal business hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday.
