ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Gather, empty, and remove trash and other rubbish.
- Ensure entry ways are clean, free of trash, dirt, and other debris.
- Wash walls and inside glass, focusing on entrance ways, including glass extending to ceiling.
- Shake and sweep entrance mats and outside entrance areas as necessary.
- Dust offices, reception, customer service and lobby areas.
- Clean and restock restrooms.
- Clean tables, chairs, and counters in breakroom(s).
- Sweep and mop kitchen and bathroom floors and loan vault, plus tiled areas in front of teller counter.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas, including common walkways, conference rooms, waiting areas and floor mats.
- Perform light building maintenance.
- Other tasks as requested by supervisor
