Job Description:
Maintain assigned buildings associated with the College for Officers Training through general cleaning and upkeep. Essential Functions: Perform general cleaning throughout the CFOT campus, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, washing windows, and cleaning bathrooms. Maintain and clean classrooms. Keep janitor closets clean and organized. Clean apartments after events and rentals. Perform detailed cleaning of assigned spaces. Wash and dry soiled linens and clothing using CFOT laundry equipment. Keep laundry equipment and the laundry room area organized. Report all maintenance-related issues to the Property Director.
