JOB DESCRIPTIONFUNCTION: Responsible for cleanliness of plant, office and facility groundsORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITES:

Observe all company policies and procedures.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clean Lobby area / Office Areas / Break Room / Design / Restrooms as indicated:

Clean lobby including glass

Dust

Check and replenish restroom products (i.e. hand soap, towels, etc.)

Clean, sanitize and deodorize restrooms, including but not limited to sinks, mirrors, commodes and urinals

Damp clean and sanitize tables

Clean exterior / interior of microwaves

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners both inside and outside

Dust mop and mop tile floors as needed

Vacuum all carpet, mats, and runners

Other tasks as assigned by supervision

Clean Plant Production, warehouse and grounds areas as indicated:

Remove spider webbing as needed around perimeter and other areas of plant

Clean walls, ceiling supports, handrails, posts and other fixed structures

Clean floors and aisles

Clean ceilings for dust, cob webs, etc.

Clean grounds as needed (trash pickup, landscaping, etc.)

Other tasks as assigned by supervision

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Good communication skills.

Physical dexterity required.

Mechanically inclined.

Self starter, team player and dependable.

Must be able to read ruler.

Some high school education required.

General manufacturing experience preferred.

Ability to learn to use powered industrial trucks (forklift, floor sweeper, etc)

Demonstrate competence in performing the above functional responsibilities.
