Beltrami County is creating an eligibility list for a full-timeCustodian. The current opening is for one full-time, benefited position working Monday - Friday 1 pm to 9:30 pm. Responsibilities include interior and exterior cleaning to maintain a clean, comfortable and safe working environment for occupants. Tasks required include, but are not limited to: window cleaning, floor care, dusting, bathroom sanitation and other detailed custodial tasks.Performs semi-skilled work performing routine custodial and housekeeping duties, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Facilities Manager. Minimum Qualifications Education and ExperienceMinimum Requirements are:
- High School Diploma or GED, and
- Two years of commercial custodial, building services, or other professional cleaning experience OR
- Three years of residential/home cleaning experience, and
- Valid Driver's License, and
- Must be able to lift and carry 45-50 pounds and bend and twist regularly.
