Spartan Logistics is a third-party logistics (3PL) company headquartered in Columbus, OH. We specialize in a unique logistics model: We own and operate our own warehouses, fleet, forklifts, and other key equipment. We have decades of experience in fast-moving inventory, especially food and beverages, and also are veteran handlers of glass, paper, automotive supplies, and more. With our staff of more than 350, we operate over 4 million square feet of warehouse space strategically placed throughout Ohio, Indiana, South Carolina, Missouri, Arkansas, Kentucky and Texas.

We are currently looking for a part-time Custodian in our Anderson location. This self-motivated individual will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing common areas such as break rooms, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and the warehouse as needed.

This position is for a day shift of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a starting hourly wage of $16.00 - $16.50 based on experience.

What You'll be Doing as a Custodian:

• Vacuums, sweeps, mops, and scrubs floors and stairs
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, including sinks and toilets
• Cleans and polishes mirrors and all bright work in restrooms
• Cleans sinks, countertops, and appliances in break rooms
• Restocks supplies/refilling dispensers in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empties all trash cans and replacing liners
• Maintains janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
• Ensures proper labeling, dilution, and use of all chemicals
• Performs all other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

• Good character and integrity!
• Ability to mop, sweep, and clean all areas of shop including offices and bathroom
• Strong communication skills
• Strong ability to accurately follow verbal instruction
• Well organized and capable of multi-tasking numerous detailed tasks
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• High School Diploma
