Essential Functions:Maintains a clean and orderly environmentProperly cleans and maintains areas as assignedFollows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areasReports maintenance concerns via work order requests to Facility ManagerFrequently removes dusts and debris from high and low surfacesCompletes any daily paperwork requiredAssists with minor facility maintenanceSets up rooms for rental activitesPerforms other duties and tasks as assigned by managerAdheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment when using cleaning materials and equipment.Typical duties include cleaning activities such as vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning with disinfectant, emptying trash cans, placing trash into dumpster, cleaning windows and window seals, light dusting, changing light bulbs and ceiling tiles, setting up tables and moving chairs.RequirementsQualifications:Previous custodial experience preferred but not requiredThe ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds and the ability to climb stairs as needed are required.Must be able to pass a background checkCompensation Description: $15-18 per hour
