Sweep, dust mop, spot mop, spray buff, shower scrub, burnish, and refinish all hard surface floors throughout the assigned area, or as assigned by the supervisor. Vacuum, spot clean, shampoo, extract carpets throughout the assigned area, or as assigned by the supervisor. Move furniture, equipment, materials, and perform other general maintenance. Service, clean, and disinfect apartments and corm public areas including: restrooms, offices, lounges, laundry rooms, kitchens, stairwells, halls and clean drinking fountains. Maintain custodial closets, work areas, and equipment in a clean and safe manner. Remove trash and debris from building to dumpster. Clean entry ways, partition glass, interior windows, blinds, light fixtures, and vents. Dust furniture, spot clean walls, ceilings, and doors/frames, as needed. Snow removal, as required. Report to the Physical Plant by job request anything that needs repairing or replacing. Perform additional duties, as assigned by administrative or supervising personnel. - Visual ability to clean to established performance levels.
