We are currently seeking a reliable, responsible Custodian to help maintain and care for our facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, needs minimal supervision, remains flexible, focused, and is committed to maintaining a clean, safe environment for our staff and patients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (ESSENTIAL DUTIES) ...

• Painting
• Respond to basic Facility work requests submitted via the ticketing system
• The use of cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the office looking clean and professional.
• Restock items and assist with supplies management at all sites
• Perform basic maintenance work and minor repairs
• Confirm grounds are clear and safe for staff and patients
• Undertake occasional seasonal tasks (e.g. shoveling snow from the walkways)
• Adhere to the company's safety policies

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU...

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• High degree of professionalism
• Proven experience in maintenance or in a similar role
• Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances
• Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components
• Detail oriented and conscientious
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• A valid Rhode Island Driver's License is required
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
