We are searching for a dynamic individual to become the Custodian for our Circle Program in Pueblo West, CO. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule.All applicants must undergo pre-employment drug screening, which includes testing for marijuana, as well as background checks.SUMMARY: Assists the maintenance supervisor by performing assigned maintenance duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Regularly sweeps, mops, dust, and vacuums residential units, administration offices, hallways, stairs, offices, and restrooms. This includes conference rooms and break rooms.Performs minor and routine painting and other needed maintenance. Notifies supervisor of needed repairs/replacements to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. Coordinates with supervisor supply ordering and restockingSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/AQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:Education: A High School diploma or GED is required.Experience: Prefer one-year experience providing custodial and/or maintenance services. Other: Valid driver's license and insurability. Basic computer skills required.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift and operate various custodial and maintenance equipment. Must reach, bend, stoop, push shovels, stand on ladders, etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. WORK ENVIRONMENT:Work is performed indoors and outside, and approximately 25% of duties are spent outdoors.
